• Third Party Trademarks and Content: The trademarks of the manufacturers mentioned (such as Gianneschi, Frigomar, Osculati, Marco, Jabsco, Rule, etc.), their images and technical data sheets, belong to their respective owners. Technofluid S.r.l. legitimately uses them for information and descriptive purposes by virtue of authorised resale relationships.
• Prohibition of reproduction: Any reproduction, even partial, of the contents of the site is prohibited without express written authorisation. Any infringement will be prosecuted in accordance with the law.

2.1. Pledge of Allegiance: Technofluid si impegna a garantire che le immagini, le descrizioni e i dati tecnici siano il più fedeli e aggiornati possibile. Tuttavia, poiché tali dati derivano spesso dai cataloghi dei produttori, non è possibile garantire l’assoluta assenza di errori o variazioni produttive.

2.2. Consulting and Product Selection: The information provided by our service department has the value of technical advice based on the specifications provided by the customer. It remains the responsibility of the customer to verify the final compatibility of the product with his technical requirements.

2.3. Consulting Error Management: If, following our advice, the product turns out to be incorrect:

• Technofluid will replace the asset.
• Shipment of the correct product will only take place after the incorrect product has been returned to our warehouse and verified for its integrity. The product must be returned undamaged, uninstalled and in its original packaging.

Technofluid S.r.l. accepts no liability for:

• Errors or omissions in descriptions provided by manufacturers.
• Indirect Damage: We shall not be liable for labour costs, machine or vessel downtime, travel, hauling, launching or the purchase of additional parts resulting from defective or incorrect products. Our liability is limited to the replacement of the part only.
• Site interruptions due to technical reasons or force majeure.
• Content of linked external sites (over which Technofluid has no control).

• Free port with charge: La merce è assicurata da Technofluid. Per l’operatività della garanzia, il Cliente deve obbligatoriamente accettare la merce con “RISERVA SPECIFICA” descrivendo il danno all’imballo.
• Assigned Port (collection by Customer's courier): The risk of theft, damage or loss shall pass to the Customer upon delivery of the goods to its carrier. Any dispute shall be addressed by the Customer directly to its carrier.

Pursuant to EU Regulation No. 524/2013, the Consumer-Client is hereby informed that the ODR platform of the European Commission can be used for any complaints:

These notes are governed by Italian law.

• For disputes with Professional (B2B) or foreign customers, the Court of Messina shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
• For the Consumers (B2C), the place of residence or domicile of the consumer shall apply.
