Our shipping rates are calculated to offer the best service at the most competitive price:

  • Free Shipping: For orders over €150.00 (VAT included) throughout Italy.
  • Standard Rate: €14.99 for orders below the threshold (Peninsula and Sardinia).
  • Sicily Reduced Rate: €9.99 for regional shipments.
  • Collection at Headquarters: Always free at our warehouse in Barcellona P.G. (ME), subject to "goods ready" confirmation.

Note: For shipments over 70 kg with DHL courier, contact the WhatsApp number before the transaction +39 329 2395865.

📍 Shipment Tracking

Once the order is shipped, you will receive by email:

  • Shipping confirmation with the tracking number.
  • Direct link to monitor the delivery status in real time.
  • Automatic updates on the main stages of the shipment.

If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours of shipping, check the spam folder or contact us at info@technofluid.it.

⏱️ Times and Responsibilities

The indicative delivery times are:

  • Mainland Italy and Sicily: 24/48 working hours from shipment.
  • Sardinia and Minor Islands: 48/72 working hours from shipment.
  • Remote Areas: Variable times, communicated before order confirmation.

Important Note: Technofluid guarantees the timeliness of the preparation and handing over of the goods to the courier. Any delays in the final delivery or during transit are solely attributable to the carrier and do not depend on our organization.

📐 Special Shipments

For oversized, particularly heavy or fragile products, dedicated shipping methods may be required:

  • Bulky goods: Shipment on pallet with dedicated courier.
  • Fragile products: Reinforced packaging and additional insurance.
  • Urgent shipments: Express service available on request.

For personalized quotes on special shipments, contact us before placing the order.

Delivery Obligations and Risk

  • Integrity Check: The Customer is required to check the number of packages and the condition of the packaging at the time of delivery.
  • Specific Reservation: In case of obvious damage (wet, tampered, or crushed package), it is mandatory to write "ACCEPTED WITH SPECIFIC RESERVE" describing the anomaly found.
  • Insurance: In freight prepaid with charge, the goods are insured by Technofluid. In freight collect, the risk is entirely borne by the Customer's carrier.

Attention: Without the wording "ACCEPTED WITH SPECIFIC RESERVATION", Technofluid cannot claim against the courier nor compensate for any damages.

🔧 Problems with Delivery

In case of problems with your shipment, here is how to proceed:

  • Damaged package: Always accept with SPECIFIC RESERVATION and contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage.
  • Lost package: Contact us immediately, we will open a search claim with the courier.
  • Delivery delay: Check the tracking; if the package has been stationary for more than 48 hours, contact us.
  • Recipient absent: The courier will leave a notice and will attempt delivery again on the next working day.

🏝️ Shipments to Islands and Remote Areas

Deliveries to Sardinia, smaller islands (Elba, Aeolian, Egadi, Pantelleria, Lampedusa, etc.) and areas considered "remote" by couriers may require:

  • Additional delivery times (up to 72/96 hours).
  • Shipping surcharges that will be communicated before order confirmation.

If your destination falls into these categories, we will contact you to confirm any additional costs before proceeding with the shipment.
