Frequently Asked Questions

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

How to proceed:

1. Communication — Send the request to resi@technofluid.it indicating: order number, product to be returned, reason for return (optional)
2. Authorization — You will receive an email with the return authorization number (RMA) and instructions
3. Shipping — Pack the product in the original packaging and ship it within 14 days of authorization
4. Refund — After verification, the refund will be made within 14 days to the same payment method

The product must be intact, unused, with all accessories and original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for defective, incorrect, or non-compliant products — in which case we arrange pickup at our expense.

The right of withdrawal is reserved for consumers (B2C). B2B customers with VAT numbers are not entitled, unless otherwise agreed. Excluded from withdrawal: custom-made products, by the meter (cut tubes, ropes, chains), expressly ordered out-of-catalog products, opened sealed products.

We accept various payment methods for maximum flexibility:

• Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express (via Stripe, PCI-DSS secure gateway)
• PayPal — Fast and secure payment
• Klarna — Pay in 3 interest-free installments (for orders between € 50 and € 1,000)
• Advance bank transfer — The order is processed upon receipt of payment
• Cash on delivery — Only for orders up to € 500.00

All electronic payments are protected by SSL encryption and banking security protocols. Prices on the site are shown VAT not included; the tax is calculated and displayed in the summary before order confirmation.

Invoices are issued electronically and sent by email or through the Exchange System (SDI).

If you receive a defective or damaged product during transport:

1. Report immediately the issue (within 48 hours of delivery) by writing to info@technofluid.it
2. Attach photos of the product and packaging
3. Keep the product and original packaging

We will provide free replacement or at full refund, including shipping costs.

The legal warranty is 24 months for consumers (B2C) and 12 months for professionals (B2B), and covers original conformity defects — not wear and tear, misuse, or incorrect installation.

Important advice: at the time of delivery, always check the integrity of the package. In case of obvious damage (wet, tampered, crushed package), accept the delivery "with specific reservation" noting anomalies on the courier's document. Without such reservation, we cannot claim against the courier.

All prices displayed on the site are VAT not included (standard rate 22%). The VAT amount is calculated automatically and shown in the order summary before confirmation.

For each purchase, an electronic invoice is issued.
