Return policy, right of withdrawal and refund procedures

You have 14 days to return the product if you are not satisfied with your purchase, without providing any reason.

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the receipt of the goods, without providing any reason and without penalties.

Who can exercise the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers (natural persons purchasing for personal purposes). B2B customers (companies, professionals with VAT number) do not have the right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed.

Terms

  • The 14-day period starts from the day the consumer (or a designated third party) physically receives the goods
  • For orders with multiple products delivered separately, the period starts from the receipt of the last product
  • The withdrawal communication must be sent before the deadline

How to Make a Return

Communication

Send the return request within 14 days of receipt to re**@*********id.it indicating: order number, product to be returned, reason for return (optional).

Authorization

You will receive an email with the return authorization number (RMA) and shipping instructions.

Packaging and Shipping

Carefully pack the product in the original packaging (if available) and ship it within 14 days of authorization. Insert the RMA number inside the package.

Verification and Refund

Once the product is received and verified, we will proceed with the refund within 14 days through the same payment method used for the purchase.

Product Return Conditions

To obtain a full refund, the product must be:
  • Intact and not damaged
  • Unused (except for normal verification of characteristics)
  • With all original accessories, manuals, and documentation In the

  • intact label/seal’(if present) ⚠️ Warning: In case of damaged product, used beyond normal verification, or without original packaging, we reserve the right to apply a deduction on the refund proportional to the decrease in the product's value.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal DOES NOT apply to the following products:

  • Products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons or related to health protection (if opened after delivery) Products that are likely to

  • Products that become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery
  • Sealed audio/video recordings or software if opened

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to:
  • Error in shipment by Technofluid (wrong product)
  • Defective or damaged product upon delivery
  • Product not as described
In these cases, we will arrange the pickup at our expense.

The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase:
  • Credit card/PayPal: 5-10 business days (depends on the bank)
  • Bank transfer: 3-5 business days

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product during transport:
  • Report immediately the problem (within 48 hours of delivery) to in**@*********id.it
  • Attach photo of the product and the packaging
  • Keep the product and the original packaging
We will provide a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
💡 Tip: At the time of delivery, always check the integrity of the package. In case of obvious damage, accept “with reservation” by noting the anomalies on the courier's document.

Legal Warranty

All products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity of:
  • 24 months for consumers (B2C)
  • 12 months for professionals/companies (B2B)
The warranty covers conformity defects existing at the time of delivery that manifest within the warranty period.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I return a product already installed?
An installed and used product loses the right of withdrawal. However, if the product has manufacturing defects, it is covered by the legal warranty.
You will receive updates via email at every stage of the process. You can also contact us at re**@*********id.it with your RMA number.

Yes, if the product is available in stock we can proceed with the replacement. Specify this preference in the return request.
