Quanta acqua produce effettivamente l'impianto?
La capacità può andare da 30 a 1600 lt/h in base al modello. Tuttavia, la resa reale è influenzata da fattori ambientali: la temperatura dell'acqua (più è fredda, minore è la resa) e il grado di salinità del mare in cui si naviga. È un comportamento normale del sistema.
L'acqua prodotta è salata: cosa fare?
Se l'acqua ha un cattivo sapore o un residuo fisso troppo alto, le membrane hanno ceduto. Spesso succede quando l'impianto resta fermo a lungo senza aver fatto il ciclo di conservazione (il cosiddetto "pickling"), o se hanno lavorato con acqua sporca/oleosa. In questo caso, l'unica soluzione efficace è la sostituzione delle membrane.
Why doesn't the high-pressure pump go up?
In most cases, the problem is upstream. Before disassembling the high pump, do these checks:
Clogged filters: If the pre-filters are dirty, the pump does not receive enough water and cannot push.
Low pump (Booster)Check that the feed pump is running correctly and that there is no air in the circuit.
Linea d'aspirazioneCheck that the sea inlet is clear and that the low-pressure hose is not constricted or sucking in air.
Only if these points are OK, then the problem concerns the mechanics of the high-pressure pump.

The desalinator is switched on but does not produce fresh water: what to check?
Se l'impianto è in funzione ma non eroga acqua dolce, segui questi step di verifica tecnica:
Quality: Guarda il display della conducibilità . Un valore ottimale deve stare sotto i 200-300 PPM (un'acqua eccellente si attesta intorno ai 140 PPM). Se il valore è molto più alto, il sistema devierà l'acqua in mare perché non è potabile.
Pressure: Verifica il manometro dell'alta pressione. Deve lavorare stabile sui 60 bar.
Membranes: Se la pressione è corretta ma l'acqua resta salmastra, probabilmente le membrane sono sporche o usurate.
