When is the credit card payment charged?
The credit card charge occurs at the time of order confirmation. In case of unavailable products, the amount will be refunded within 3-5 business days.

In the payment reference, indicate the order number received via email.
Does cash on delivery involve additional costs?
Yes, cash on delivery requires an additional charge of €5.00 for cash handling by the courier. This amount is automatically added to the order total.
Can I pay with PayPal without having an account?
Yes, PayPal allows you to pay as a guest using your credit or debit card, without the need to register. Select “Pay with card” on the PayPal screen.
How can I request an invoice?
The invoice is automatically issued for all orders. To receive an invoice with VAT number, enter the complete company details during checkout in the “Order notes” field or in the dedicated billing field.
Are prices VAT included or excluded?
All prices shown on the site are VAT excluded (22%). The VAT amount is calculated and displayed in the cart before checkout. For non-EU customers with a valid VAT number, VAT exemption can be requested.
